Shana Dixon leads with purpose and serves with heart. As a co-founder of our Northern Virginia Aggie Alumni Chapter, Shana spent four years as Recording Secretary and helped build NOVA into the strong, engaged chapter it is today. She is a Certified Aggie Recruiter, a trusted mentor to alumni and future Aggies, and the CEO & Founder of The Jean Rose Developers, LLC, an endowment supporting engineering students at A&T.

Shana is known for turning vision into action. From growing chapter membership to leading successful fundraisers and community outreach initiatives, she brings consistency, creativity, and compassion to every role she takes on. Her commitment to service also extends through Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and throughout our local community.

Grounded in faith and driven by service, Shana continues to uplift others while strengthening the Aggie legacy. We are grateful for her leadership, her generosity, and the positive energy she brings to our chapter.
